Refund And Cancellations

What are your policies concerning cancellations, substitutions and or refunds?

Cancellations (applies to only live conferences):

Please go through the cancellation policy for live conferences:

  • Cancellations are permitted and accepted for live webinars only if you have requested to cancel at least 72 hours prior the scheduled date and time of the conference. Requests placed prior to 48 hours will not be entertained. Cancellations to webinars are refundable, only a small fee of $30 is deducted to process the request.
  • It is advisable to inform us as early as possible if you are not willing to participate in your registered webinar.

Replacements (applies only to live conferences):

Please go through replacement policy for live conferences:

  • Participants can choose for replacement instead of cancellation so as to avoid the processing fee when cancelling webinars.
  • Replacement can be substituting a teleconference with another teleconference at a different time or day or it can be replaced of the registered participant with another individual for taking their place.
  • Replacement is free but is advisable to inform us in a good time.

Following are situations and circumstances wherein we do not allow replacements and cancellations:

  • Replacements/cancellations are not allowed if the participant missed the scheduled webinar
  • If the participant does not receive webinar information owing to issues like bounced emails, restricted emails or any other system issues on the attendee’s or participant’s end.
  • On-demand webinars are non-refundable

Please go through the following for our refund policy for Live, Pre-Recorded and On-demand webinars as well as audio conferences:

  • If conferencesguru calls off a webinar owing to technical glitch or related issues, the participants will get 100% refunds.
  • We do not refund in situations where an attendee did not receive the webinar instructions and neither did he or she inform the customer service team. In circumstances where an attendee does not receive log in instructions it is his/her responsibility to connect customer with services team at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the webinar. You can contact our customer service/support team at by opening a ticket so that we are able to assist you without any hassle.
  • No refund will be made to attendees who failed to receive login instructions owing to a technical glitch occurring at their end.
REFUND Policy For DVDs
  • The participant will receive refunds of their entire amount in case a DVD is damaged/broken during the delivery or malfunctioning. However, the participant must submit evidence of the same.
  • The participant will receive their entire amount in refunds in case a DVD is missing or is lost during the delivery.
REFUND Policy For Digital Downloads including Transcripts:
  • No refunds will be made for/against digital downloads and etranscripts.
